510-2 What is the operating principle of Air Jet Sieve Instrument?

The operating principle of Air Jet Sieve Instrument (HMKTest) is as follows:

• Negative pressure is generated through high-performance industrial vacuum cleaner of Air Jet Sieve Instrument. Air pressure produces a sieve air. Sieve air flows through the air jet technology screen nozzles. The air screen nozzle converts this negative pressure into air jet force. This jet force pushes the particles towards the screen cover, causing them to collide with the screen cover to eliminate aggregation. Then the dispersed particles are attracted to the standard screen mesh by the negative pressure, and the large particles stay on the surface of the standard screen mesh. The small particles passed through the standard screen mesh smoothly. The purpose of air jet sieve is realized.

• AIR-200 Air Jet Sieve is designed for the demand of quickly and accurately sieving the fine powder（5um~5000um）in modern laboratory. As some powders are prone to agglomeration, static electricity and blockage of the mesh of the analysis sieve during the sieving process, the traditional vibrating sieve has been unable to accurately and rapidly sieve such fine powders. These powders include paint, cement, coal ash powder, flour, Chinese and western medicine powder, glass fiber powder and other materials. AIR-200 Air Jet Sieve adopts special designed rotating jet slot and electrostatic removal device which perfectly meet the rapid and accurate sieve results.
